I would like to join the archive with my photo taken at the end of the second week of quarantine.
I'm not a great cook, so the number of recipes I know is limited. But I had enough of it: I usually have breakfast simply and quickly at home, I have my lunch in the dining room at work, and I also cook dinner not every day, often having it in the city, so home-cooked meals are not boring.
In quarantine, my "signature" meals ended after the first week. Next, I had to make experiments, and also limit your imagination with cheap products (you don't know how long the quarantine will last, and whether the money you spend on delivering food from a conditional pizzeria today for medicine or other important needs will be needed tomorrow).
I have found this recipe of buckwheat (quarantine queen :)) on the internet. The purple color is achieved by adding baked beetroot with lemon juice. The dish is called "Red Buckwheat".
